We start with a statement analysis to determine where you are now. During a brief consultation call, our teams work together to determine an equitable goal with the least impact. In most cases, that means working with your current processor to fix what’s broken. In others, that means finding a new solution. You choose which is best.

If a new processor is needed, we can help oversee the project. If you need help with a bidding process, IQCS will interact with processors of your choice to ask the right question. We can also provide quotes through one of our vetted partner relationships. IQCS is PROCESSOR NEUTRAL – your business is our primary concern.

Note: If you do choose an IQCS Approved Partner, your fees with us are ZERO.

Processing costs are never static. Interchange is updated bi-annually, every
April and October, with new card products removed or added regularly. Assessments are continually updated with new qualifications and penalties. When you find out your processor has snuck in new fees or raised your rate during these changes, it’s almost enough to call it quits.
