Pricing Solutions

Payment Programs

IQCS can customize billing to suit your needs. From cutting costs, to billing simplicity, we can advise which program is right for you and your bottom line.

Interchange Plus

This is the Standard. Also known as Cost-Plus, you are billed the wholesale cost of processing plus the processor’s markup separate.

This is our preferred method of billing as it is the most fair.

Some processors use variations called Interchange Plus-Plus, where they pad the interchange, or Interchange Differential, to mask true costs. Or they simply not tell you.

Flat Rate

Also known as One-Rate pricing, you are billed a single rate regardless of what you process.  Though easy to understand, there is a cost.

Flat Rate pricing does not change Interchange costs; only masks it. Industries, such as B2B, have a higher cost point so processors must charge a higher flat rate to ensure costs are covered.

IQCS can customize a program for your business.

Surcharging

Virtually cost-free processing, this is where you pass the cost of processing onto your customers.  Our fully compliant program ensures you cover as much of your fees as possible.

Using one of our Virtual Terminals, you enter the sale, we auto-calculate the surcharge amount then add it to the total – with reporting to match.

Cash-Discounting

A cousin of Surcharging, Cash-Discounting’s advantage is that is allows you to cover the costs for all card types – debit included

The disadvantage is the work required to modify your pricing.  Cash discounting allows you to pass on the cost of processing to your customer but provide a break for customers paying by cash or check.
